Foreign Aid Development and Assistance Programs |

AgriSource has helped to design and implement foreign assistance programs, including projects that were targeted at specific commodity sectors as well as more general foreign aid initiatives.
Commodity Sector Assistance
- AgriSource partnered with GTZ, the German aid agency, to research and design assistance projects to improve the quality of Thailand’s palm oil fruit supply.
- AgriSource also partnered with GTZ to research Thailand’s tapioca sector and design projects to improve the competitiveness of the industry.
General Foreign Aid Initiatives
- AgriSource was the team leader on a project with U.S. AID’s Asian Regional Office, Kenan Institute Asia, and more than 25 private and public sector organizations to provide Avian Influenza education and build awareness of the disease among backyard poultry raisers and rural people in Thailand.
- Coordination of school feeding programs in Indonesia with private sector food processors, local non-government organizations, and government agencies
